Responsibilities include:
- Receiving walk-in traffic and collecting visitors’ information
- Keeping the model clean and well-maintained
- Organizing marketing collateral Initiating processes to ensure perfect community appearance
- Requirements include 1-2 years of sales experience (does not need to be New Home Sales)
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Ability to work across departments including Marketing, Purchasing, and Construction to help get problems solved
- Quick learner with exceptional listening skills
- High school diploma
