Within two weeks of signing your contract, the exciting journey of personalizing your new home begins! You’ll meet with the talented team at Jessica Nixon Interior Design at our MileStone or M Signature design center. With their expertise and guidance, you’ll bring your vision to life, selecting finishes and features that make your new home uniquely yours. JNID has been helping clients craft beautiful, customized spaces since 1994, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll create!

Know Your Options

At the design center, you will be presented with options and upgrades on items including granite counter-tops, tile, backsplash, finishes and more.

Here We Go

Once your selections are made, the house can get started and you’ll be on your way! You’ll confirm your selections with your Construction Superintendent and Jessica’s team will be available for questions throughout the process.
