Due to the incredible demand in the Austin, Texas market right now, MileStone Community Builders has moved to a Priority Reservation Program to better serve our future homeowners.  We are opening new phases in several communities, and our timeline is to have these homes under construction this Spring, open for sale this Summer, and completed this Fall and Winter.  We are investing in Austin and expect to have more than 300 additional homes available to move in this year.

• Schedule a tour to visit a MileStone Community Builders sales office and sign our Priority Reservation Program form.
• When homes are released for sale, the Priority List will be called in group sizes to be determined and, if opportunities still exist to purchase a home, then they will be given priority over the general public
